Soaring Higher Fellowship International, was founded in 1982 by David Joe May and his wife Rhonda. The ministry is practical, topical and diverse. David Joe founded and pastored Soaring Higher Christian Center for over 25 years. He is a pragmatic Bible teacher, accomplished musician, singer, songwriter, evangelist and missionary. He also has had the oversight of several churches here and in Russia. The ministry has had various outreaches such as television and radio ministry, jail ministry, food programs, and more.
